EiroMaja registered in Riga. First project — renovation of a historic building in the city centre.
2012
Expansion into rentals
Launch of long-term rental operations. First 120 apartments under management.

Reached 500 sold apartments. Entry into commercial real estate market.

Digital transformation
Launch of PropTech platform. Online catalogue, buyer's account, electronic documents.
