About the project
This locally designated architectural monument, constructed in 1911, underwent a substantial restoration process beginning in summer 2007. The project scope included foundation and wall strengthening, meticulous facade restoration while retaining original features, complete building systems replacement, and elevator installation.The building's first floor is designated for commercial use, accommodating three commercial units. Residential units,totaling twenty-four and ranging in size from 31.3 to 69.2 square meters, are located on the upper floors.
