Riga, Marijas street 14

Originally built in approximately 1885, buildings at Marijas Street 14A and 14C became part of a larger development when a building on Marijas Street 14 was added in 1903. All three buildings were designed as residential structures with commercial units on the ground floor.In 2019, the buildings underwent a complete facade renovation, including window replacement and facade lighting. Interior work commenced in 2022, encompassing full apartment redesign, installation of a new heating system, replacement of all utilities, and elevator construction in buildings 14 and 14A on Marijas Street. A car parking area was created within the building's courtyard.
