A class «A» building consumes up to 95 kWh/m² per year — 3 times less than a Soviet-era building. The difference in utility bills is €50–100 per month. All EiroMaja projects are built to achieve certification of at least class A.
High energy efficiency also increases the resale value of the property and can help secure better mortgage rates.
